Maybe you’re like me, and don’t particularly like “restocking” or trading post sniping. Yet I have still earned many millions of NP (current bank account balance is over 14 million NP, and I have spent millions on Avatars, pet training, and other things around the site. http://www.neopets.com/userlookup.phtml?user=dasbif).
Sadly, there is no “too good to be true” secret. It takes hard work, and putting lots of time
in to earn millions of Neopoints. But there are some things you can do
to make use of your time more efficiently. Add these to your routine while playing Neopets, and you will find your bank account climb even faster.
Collect your bank interest
Make sure you get into the habit of collecting the interest in your bank account every day. Make this the first thing you do when you log on to Neopets. Try to save up as fast as possible to get a higher interest rate, as the interest is compounding! The magic number (at the highest account interest rate) is 2,920 NP. For every ~3000 np you put into your bank account, your interest collected the next day will increase by one.
Games room
You can earn lots of money from the games room - this is where I earned the bulk of my millions. Make sure to use the "favorite games" feature for the games are your best earners!
I reccomend trying every game, to see which ones you like or are good at. Keep in mind that you don't have to earn a full 1,000 NP for the game to be profitable. Meerca Chase takes only a few seconds to get a few hundred NP, which is totally worth it. Everyone will prefer different games, but Kass Basher, Bouncy Supreme, and Fashion Fever are always worth it for a really fast several thousand NP per day.
Stock market
To earn money from the stock market, it is very simple. You need 15,000 NP per day to invest. No more, no less. You can earn that much in around 20 minutes playing
games. Go to the bargain stock list, and purchase 1000 shares of something trading at 15
np/share. You will notice this is the
exact amount of our 15,000 NP investment.
That’s it. You’re
done. It will take a few months of doing
this to build your portfolio. But how does all this EARN you
money? The answer is that it is a long-term investment. Whenever a stock you have purchased is up to
100% increase or more, it’s time to sell.
Sell all shares of that stock.
You have doubled your money!

Obviously,
stocks do go both up and down, so this will take time. If there are multiple stocks trading at 15 np
per share, buy the one you have less of, to diversify your portfolio. You will find with this method you hover with
around 50-70 thousand shares in the market, and every few days something in
your portfolio has ripened enough for you to sell. If you stop playing Neopets for a while, you
may even be lucky enough to come back and find that one of your stocks has gone
up 200% or more! (I once came back to
find one at over 1,000% profit. That was
a happy day!). If you play every day,
sell when over 100%, waiting longer can be risky.
If you dedicate the first 15k income you make each day to
the stock market, you won’t feel as if you are spending much on the
investment. After some time, you will
start to reap the rewards and have your bank account go up and up as you make
chunks of 30k to 150k every week or so!
Key Quest
Key Quest is a fun little game, and you can even play against a friend for added fun. The key to earning money with Key Quest is simple: only play 2 player games. You will always earn around a thousand from playing, plus a key to redeem. I recommend you pick one map you like playing on, so you will know how to get all 5 keys faster, but that is not necessary. The reason you play 2 player is that both Gold and Silver keys have options for good rewards, like codestones, that come up very frequently. 3 or 4 player games take longer, and have the chance of you getting a key that is not very good. If you find you really like Key Quest, save up your silver keys, and only redeem Gold ones. Then, if you have a day you can't play, just go redeem some of your stored up silver keys. (there is a limit of 10 keys redeemed per day.)
Dailies
Most people know about some of the dailies, things you can do once per
day that are cheap or free and give you a nice little prize. Do them, because you could strike lucky and
have Coltzan’s Shrine give you millions, or win codestones and bottled faeries
